Hi, my name is Sophie. I’m an LMSW psychotherapist associate based in Austin, Texas, providing therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples.

My journey into therapy has been profoundly shaped by self-exploration, a passion for understanding the interplay between mind, body, and spirit, and a deep empathy for the human experience. I believe our paths are interconnected, and through my own journey of introspection and healing, I’ve found a calling to support others in theirs.

Our pain and sorrow can be sacred gateways to transformation. My approach is present, compassionate, and experiential. I honor self-determination, empowering clients to harness their inner strength and resilience. Through active listening and tailored interventions, I assist individuals in navigating life's challenges with clarity and confidence. In our sessions, I offer both therapeutic insight and a sincere dedication to seeing and understanding you on a soulful level, guided by a belief in our inherent wisdom. Together, we can explore the depths of your experiences, embracing vulnerability as a powerful tool for creating emotional healing and finding your true authentic path.
