Finding the right help can be a daunting task. Life’s challenges, whether ongoing or sudden, can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or dissatisfied. You might be grappling with stubborn patterns or simply wanting to know yourself better. In a supportive, non-judgmental environment, I will help you engage with your struggles and develop strategies to reach your goals.
Each person has a unique story and perspective. I will meet you where you are, employing various approaches, including CBT, Mindfulness, Existentialism, and traditional psychotherapeutic methods. Our sessions might be filled with laughter or tears; some will be supportive, while others might be frank and challenging. I encourage you to bring your whole self to our sessions, ask any questions, and be open to exploring uncomfortable places. As Joseph Campbell wisely said, “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.”
I offer a safe space to explore issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships, identity, loneliness, and meaning.
I hold a Master’s in Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Born and raised in Dublin, I have spent the past eight years providing therapy, coaching, and wellness workshops to individuals and organizations across the US, Europe, and Asia.
An avid reader, particularly on the science of wellbeing, I also love nature and the outdoors. I have conducted research in this area and am happy to work with clients outside when appropriate. When I’m not in the office, you’ll often find me hiking, camping, or swimming.
I look forward to meeting you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact my scheduling team or me directly. I’m here to help.
